{"id":7421,"date":"2023-06-28T08:45:05","date_gmt":"2023-06-28T08:45:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ingch.ch\/?p=7421"},"modified":"2023-06-28T08:53:39","modified_gmt":"2023-06-28T08:53:39","slug":"guter-informatikunterricht","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ingch.ch\/en\/ingflash\/guter-informatikunterricht\/","title":{"rendered":"Guter Informatikunterricht ist spannend, korrekt und verst\u00e4ndlich"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Um spannenden, korrekten und verst\u00e4ndlichen Unterricht zu gestalten, ben\u00f6tigen wir \u2013 laut dem amerikanischen Bildungspsychologen Jerome Bruner<sup>1<\/sup> \u2013 sowohl ein tiefes Verst\u00e4ndnis der Materie als auch eine geduldige Ehrlichkeit in deren Pr\u00e4sentation. Die Informatik ist nicht oberfl\u00e4chlich begreifbar. Wie das Positionspapier des SVIA und VSMP \u00fcber Informatik als Grundlagenfach<sup>2<\/sup> treffend besagt: <em>\u00abMathematik, Physik und Informatik als Schulf\u00e4cher haben gemeinsame Wurzeln und \u00e4hnliche Zielsetzungen. [\u2026] Die drei F\u00e4cher denken in abstrakten Systemen und nutzen konsequent formale Sprachen. Zudem bauen sie auf formellen abstrakten Abl\u00e4ufen auf, denen ein algorithmisches Denken zugrunde liegt. Sie bieten dar\u00fcber hinaus ein Trainingsfeld f\u00fcr eine systematische Problemanalyse, das Entwickeln von L\u00f6sungsstrategien und das kritische Evaluieren von L\u00f6sungen.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Spannend<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ein Verst\u00e4ndnis von Informatik verleiht uns allen Einblicke in die Dynamiken der Welt. Wie in der Mathematik und Physik k\u00f6nnen wir in der Informatik Modelle der Wirklichkeit oder der Zukunft erstellen. In der Informatik sind die Modelle ausf\u00fchrbar: Wir k\u00f6nnen unsere vereinfachte oder ertr\u00e4umte Wirklichkeit simulieren und in unserer Simulation beliebige Aspekte beobachten und manipulieren. Wir k\u00f6nnen nicht nur eigene Welten erschaffen und erkunden, wir k\u00f6nnen auch unsere reale Welt besser begreifen. Die Informatik erlaubt es uns, f\u00fcr bestimmte Fragestellungen Antworten abzuleiten. So k\u00f6nnen wir beispielsweise Aussagen von Interessenvertretern \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, indem wir vertrauensw\u00fcrdige Rohdaten (zum Beispiel vom Bundesamt f\u00fcr Statistik) analysieren und interpretieren.<\/p>\n<p>Spannender Informatikunterricht kann auf Beispielen und \u00dcbungen basieren, die Sch\u00fcler:innen ihr stets wachsendes Verst\u00e4ndnis der Materie praktisch erfahren l\u00e4sst. Dabei sollte auch die ethische Verantwortung der Lernenden in Bezug auf die diversen Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten ihrer Informatikf\u00e4higkeiten thematisiert werden.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Korrekt<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Die Informatik basiert auf formalen Sprachen und Systemen. F\u00fcr guten Informatikunterricht ist die Korrektheit unserer Unterrichtsmaterialien und Aussagen essenziell. Mehrdeutigkeit und imperfekte Analogien sind f\u00fcr die Entwicklung eines soliden Verst\u00e4ndnisses hinderlich. Diese Stolpersteine sind allerdings nicht beschr\u00e4nkt auf die Informatik. Wie folgt beschrieb es der bekannte Physiker Richard Feynman, nachdem er f\u00fcr die kalifornische Curriculum-Kommission<sup>3<\/sup> eine f\u00fcnf Meter lange Reihe von Mathematik-Schulb\u00fcchern begutachtet hatte: <em>\u00ab[The books] would try to be rigorous, but they would use examples (like automobiles in the street for \u00absets\u00bb) which were almost OK, but in which there were always some subtleties. The definitions weren\u2019t accurate. Everything was a little bit ambiguous.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Untersuchungen zu Fehlvorstellungen im Programmierunterricht<sup>4<\/sup> f\u00fchren oft zu mehrdeutigen oder gar inkorrekten Unterrichtsmaterialien \u2013 von Lehrb\u00fcchern \u00fcber im Unterricht verwendete Diagramme bis hin zu notionalen Maschinen \u2013 als Ursprung f\u00fcr Fehlvorstellungen der Sch\u00fcler:innen. Nur ein solides und tiefgehendes Verst\u00e4ndnis der zu unterrichtenden Konzepte hilft, diese Schw\u00e4chen zu erkennen und zu korrigieren<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Verst\u00e4ndlich<\/strong><\/h3>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u00abWe begin with the hypothesis that any subject can be taught effectively in some intellectually honest form to any child at any stage of development.\u00bb<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Diese Aussage Jerome Bruners impliziert, dass auch tiefgreifende Informatikkonzepte auf beliebigen Schulstufen wirkungsvoll unterrichtet werden k\u00f6nnen. Der Schl\u00fcssel dazu ist die Vereinfachung. So kann man zum Beispiel die essenziellen Konzepte der Programmierung auch mit simplen, formal korrekt gestalteten Sprachen lehren, anstatt eine komplexe, in der Industrie verbreitete (und mit unz\u00e4hligen Ausnahmen und Macken behaftete) Sprache zu verwenden. Die momentan in Schulen beliebte Sprache Python zum Beispiel ist formal betrachtet etwa vier- bis zw\u00f6lfmal so umfangreich wie Racket BSL, die wir als erste Programmiersprache an der USI in Lugano unterrichten. Auch wenn man als Lehrperson von der extra Komplexit\u00e4t abzulenken versucht: Die Sch\u00fcler:innen werden trotzdem damit konfrontiert; sei es mit Fehlermeldungen, in Code-Beispielen aus dem Internet oder KI-generierten L\u00f6sungen von Programmieraufgaben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Informatik als Lernbereich ist sehr komplex und erm\u00f6glicht und erfordert gerade deshalb spannenden, korrekten und verst\u00e4ndlichen Informatikunterricht.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Text: Matthias Hauswirth, Associate Professor an der USI (Universit\u00e0 della Svizzera italiana) in Lugano.
