Welche Erwartungen und Bed\u00fcrfnisse an Arbeitgebende und das Arbeitsumfeld haben Arbeitnehmende 50Plus, die in Ingenieurberufen t\u00e4tig sind?<\/p>\n

Diesen Fragen gehen drei Studierende der Hochschule Luzern in Zusammenarbeit mit der SBB im Rahmen der Masterarbeit nach.<\/p>\n

Sind Sie in einem Ingenieurberuf t\u00e4tig und m\u00f6chten helfen, Ihre beruflichen Bed\u00fcrfnisse sowie Motivatoren und Hemmnisse besser zu verstehen?<\/p>\n
