We have been promoting young talent in the MINT sector (MINT: mathematics, IT, natural sciences and technology) for over 30 years. Our projects inform, inspire and help to tackle the shortage of skilled workers.

Technology and IT Weeks, Action Days and Meitli Technology Days are held annually as part of the talent development programme.
We show young people who are in the process of choosing their career or field of study what the MINT professions have to offer.
Approx.3000
secondary school students are introduced to technology and IT every year.
Our projects focus on direct interaction with engineers, researchers and apprentices, and real contact with the world of technology and IT.
