Objectives

Talent development

For school pupils who are thinking through their career options, we show the study and career opportunities offered by the MINT sector, and bring young people into direct contact with representatives from business, research and universities

Hub

We see ourselves as a point of contact for MINT queries (mathematics, IT, natural sciences and technology). Our long-term collaborations with Swiss secondary schools, our member companies and our partners are central to the success of our projects.

Public relations

We perform public relations work and raise awareness of the importance of MINT professions in society. We are committed to getting more women into technology and IT. We monitor developments in education policy and the business world and – where appropriate – comment on them.
