Girls’ Technology Days offer female pupils at secondary I level an exciting taster and a unique insight into different technical professions and IT.

Procedure
With the Girls' Technology Days we want to inspire more girls for technical vocational training. In cooperation with member and non-member companies, IngCH organises one or two-day Girls' Technology Days, during which the girls are offered an exciting programme of presentations, workshops and visits at the company. The offer is aimed at girls in the first and second year of lower secondary level. The taster days are evaluated by an independent survey conducted by the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). The Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE) supports the project with financial aid under the Gender Equality Act.
