About the Girls' Technology Days

The aim of the Meitli-Technik-Tage is to get more girls interested in technical apprenticeships. In cooperation with member and non-member companies, IngCH organises one- or two-day Meitli-Technik-Tage, during which girls are offered an exciting programme of talks, workshops and tours at the company. The offer is aimed at girls in the first and second year of lower secondary level. The taster days are evaluated by an independent survey conducted by the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. The Federal Office for Gender Equality supports the project with financial assistance in accordance with the Gender Equality Act.
