We are nominated for the Building Award!

The jury of the Building Award has nominated our technology and computer science weeks for an award in the category "Promotion of young talent in the field of technology". We are very pleased about this nomination and the appreciation shown for our work in promoting young talent. We are looking forward to seeing whether we win the award on 2nd November in the KKL.

Normally we are everywhere with the Technology and Computer Science Weeks, but then the pandemic came and suddenly everything was different. Project manager Myriam Hofmann tells us about the challenges she had to overcome in organising and running the virtual weeks.
First virtual Meitli Technology Day at ABB

On 8 June, the first virtual Meitli Technology Day or afternoon will take place at ABB. From 1 to 3 p.m., ABB, together with libs, will provide an insight into the technical apprenticeships that can be learned at ABB. The event is aimed at interested 1st and 2nd grade students from secondary I.

Zürich, 2.5.2024: 24 Schülerinnen und Schüler der Kantonsschule Alpenquai dürfen während der Pfingstwoche in die Welt der Technik und Informatik eintauchen. Die «Technik- und Informatikwoche» von IngCH bietet den beiden Klassen ein interaktives Programm an der Schule in Luzern, aber auch mit verschiedenen Hochschul- und Firmenbesuche in Zürich.

Per heute schliessen sich IngCH Engineers Shape our Future und NaTech Education zusammen und treten neu als IngCH MINT for our future auf. Die Begeisterung für MINT (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaft und Technik) sowie die Förderung von MINT-Fachkräften auf allen Ebenen stehen im Zentrum der beiden Vereine und bleiben das Ziel der neuen Organisation.
